In-person Team Building
Most of us know that team building works. However, a lot of people will tell you that the experience is short-lived and sometimes not practical. Our professional skill development program is designed to create a lasting impact on all participants. In addition, we can customize our program to fit the needs of your workforce. We specialize in building confidence, communication, and problem solving. Whatever your biggest challenge may entail we love the opportunity to help transform your workforce into a healthy, happy, productive communication team.
Duration: 3-4 hours for a maximum of 40 people per day
Option One – Using our climbing wall(s)
Using our climbing wall allows us to provide numerous games and activities for your group that helps us teach trust, communication, listening, problem-solving, and confidence in real time. We provide a safe environment that allows all participants to participate.
Activities include individual and team racing competitions, blindfold communication, obstacle course challenges, problem solving, and leadership decision making.
Requires a large assessable flat space with no powerlines and overhangs. Parking lot, blacktop, or grassy field are all okay.

Option Two – No climbing wall, classroom setting only
Sometimes we do not have the space to accommodate a climbing wall. If so, no problem, we can take our professional skill development program with the games and activities that we use with the climbing wall and bring them into the classroom.
